Overview

We are seeking a Physician – Obstetric and Gynecologic Services to provide clinical care in outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities include prenatal services, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and participation in hospital call rotations. The role requires a clinician who is effective in a team‑based medical environment and able to work across multiple clinical functions.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetric and Gynecologic Services
  • Valid Georgia medical license and DEA registration
  • Experience in outpatient or inpatient clinical settings is preferred
  • Ability to manage higher‑acuity obstetric cases and urgent gynecologic situations
  • Strong communication and team‑based practice skills
  • Bilingual proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient obstetric and gynecologic services including prenatal visits, family‑planning care, and routine screenings.
  • Perform deliveries in the hospital including vaginal and cesarean births, and manage inpatient obstetric cases.
  • Conduct gynecologic procedures such as colposcopy, IUD insertion and removal, and minor surgical interventions.
  • Participate in hospital call rotations for labor and delivery and urgent gynecologic cases.
  • Coordinate care with clinical team members including midwives, primary‑care clinicians, and behavioral‑health personnel.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation in alignment with organizational and FQHC standards.
  • Provide patient education related to contraception, condition management, and wellness topics.
